The day when I tasted surströmming with Danish mountain bikers – Skåneleden 3 — Söderåsen (by Guillaume Hullin)

I started this trek in Söderåsen National Park in Skåne. After an overnight in Liagarden shelter I went in direction of Klippan, following the Skåneleden trail SL3.
At night I met with 5 Danish mountain bikers who invited me to taste the Swedish infamous dish: Surströmming. As disgusting as it is, it’s smell worse than it taste.
